While Steadiwear is actively working to establish insurance coverage for the Steadi-3, direct purchase through insurance is unfortunately not yet available. In the meantime, many users have found success in submitting their purchase receipts to their insurance providers for reimbursement consideration. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand their reimbursement policies for medical devices and confirm if they might cover a portion of the expense. Steadiwear remains committed to working with insurers to expand coverage options, and we will update our customers as soon as direct coverage becomes an available option.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your Steadi-3 glove, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To initiate a return, simply email us at info@steadiwear.com to receive detailed instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It’s important to include this RMA number with your return to ensure proper processing. Please be aware that all returns are subject to a restocking fee of $83 USD or $117 CAD per unit to cover shipping, returns, customs and fulfillment. This fee will be deducted from your refund in the case of a return request. For your convenience, we cover the cost of return shipping for items returned within the 30-day trial period.
